September Art & Meditation Sunday🌈

Hi everybody,

Our September Art & Meditation Sunday🌈 is open on the 7th!

This monthly event is designed to offer an opportunity to refresh and realign yourself letting go of your thoughts or emotions that doesn't server you well, helping you make a new space in you. The session encourages self-reflection with the guided meditation and activates your creative language to express your insights and connect with your spiritual self.

It’s the perfect opportunity to leave your mind and ego behind, celebrate and empower yourself just as you are and express it with art.

Before each session begins, the online space is cleared with Reiki, creating a safe and calming atmosphere.
Come along with your usual art materials and paper. 🎨✨
