Trauma Support and Friends

This is a group for those who suffer from PTSD & C-PTSD located in the San Bernardino Mountains. While battling trauma, many of us have suffered heartbreaking invalidation from our friends, family, and peers. The purpose of this group is to bring together those of us that suffer from trauma so we can share and be heard without being shut down.

This group is organized by a trauma survivor who is passionate about bringing others together in an effort to find support.

In addition to meetings, I plan on making events that bring us further outside, but with the safety of trauma-informed friends: hiking, movies, enjoying good food, and day trips to attractions, museums, and events.
