Photo Walk - Heritage Expo - Central Station

Details

Hi Everyone.

The Transport Heritage Expo is on again, so we thought it would be a great photo opportunity.

This walk is ideal for those interested in Street and Urban Photography, which are all components of Travel Photography.

You can find out more about the expo via this link - https://www.transportheritageexpo.com/

A Promo Code is available for our regular participants. Please get in touch with us before you RSVP.

We'll meet in front at the Grand Concourse of Central Station near Platform 1. Look for us with the Meetup sign. From here we will check out the locomotives on display. Afterwards we will take a ride on a vintage double-decker bus for a 20-minute round trip of the CBD.

DURATION: Approx 3 hours

EQUIPMENT: Camera (any type, mobile to DSLR), lenses (wide angle or zoom, e.g. 18-55+ is suitable).

PERSONAL: Comfortable walking shoes, water, hat, sunglasses, suntan lotion and an umbrella/wet weather jacket (if the weather looks bad).

DISTANCE: This is an easy walk.

GETTING THERE:

Train - Get off at Central Station

COST: $5.00 - There is no refund/transfer of fee for cancellations. Cost covers PayPal fee and goes towards the costs of running Meetups and this page.

Minimum 6 attendees required to proceed.

Please Note: By clicking RSVP on this event, you understand that you are attending AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are just organising the event to allow you to socialise with like-minded people interested in photography and maybe learn something along the way. While all care is taken, no responsibility is taken for any loss or damage/injury to you or your equipment during the event.
