Come to the JoCo Lunch and Learn on March 3rd and see how Judge Lipford, a licenses appraiser, is using the RPR reporting to do deep dives into specified markets to identify pockets of opportunity for rehabs and new construction.

## Judge Lipford is licensed appraiser and creates monthly update reports using data from the MLS that is available to individuals with access to the MLS.
