Tichu tournament - competitive level

Hi all,

So were doing a second Tichu tournament. The event date is Feb 8th starting at noon. The format will be Swiss style.

We will just play the Swiss rounds and declare a winner (and second) and award prizes from there. I'm limiting it to 16 teams, but we have not come close to that yet.

I will be playing in this one. I'll still be the rules lawyer for the day, but I'll designate someone not affiliated to be the back up rules person in case a ruling is needed at a table I'm participating in.
