Essence Sound Meditation: Special Edition

Our ever-popular meditation is back with a twist. David and I wanted to create something different and impactful. So, we created something very special for you all that can bring us together in community.

We have created a sacred space where you can have deep meaningful healing in a safe and supportive environment.

This session includes an essence sound guided meditation but also includes:

• Personalized individual mini-healings
• Hand-selected essential oils to anoint.
• Personal attunement under a 26” hand-forged crystal pyramid
• Personalized plant-wisdom messages
• Hand-selected crystals to attune your energy
• Group healing.

To draw upon the power of collective energy and community, we will start in a sacred circle. We will state our intentions and bear witness to each other, which will help to magnify the power of each healing.

Witnessing is a powerful tool in healing. When you are acknowledging yourself and being witnessed by another, a massive transformation can occur.

This coupled with individualized and group healings, and a guided essence sound meditation journey, will create the perfect environment for maximum connection and healing.
