Tucson Desert Art Museum Tour! (Eastside)

***This is not a free event (Cost: $8)*** See the artistic, historic side of the Southwest at the Tucson Desert Art Museum! We’ll go on a guided tour of its art and artifacts. Its current special exhibition is Cruzando La Linea: Contemporary Art in the Borderlands, which features paintings, photography, and mixed media works that shed light on the lived realities of the borderlands. It won’t be an ordinary day at the museum ⏤ a one-day Mata Ortiz Pottery sale will also be underway!

The Tucson Desert Art Museum is located on the southwest corner of Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon Road. We’re getting group pricing, $8 per person (a $4 savings), so please pay with exact change or a credit card if possible.

After the visit, if anyone feels like it, we can head next door for happy hour at Poco & Mom’s Cantina.
