As AI reshapes the way we plan, prioritize, and deliver value, Agilists face a new challenge:

how do we stay human-centered while collaborating with intelligent tools that learn, predict, and optimize faster than ever? (and there might even be a bonus game!)

In this interactive talk and hands-on workshop, we’ll explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the definition of done, the speed of learning, and the way we set goals.

You’ll gain XP in the following areas:

  • How AI enhances workflows and supports real-time collaboration.
  • How to set smarter, adaptive goals with AI as a thinking partner.
  • Where to draw the line between automation and accountability.

You don’t need to be a Scrum Master or developer to join — this session is for anyone who organizes, delivers, or dreams up work with others.
