A good ol' fashion Q&A session about anything related to real estate investing.

• What are those "dumb" questions you've always been afraid to ask?
• What are those burning topics you've always wanted to talk about, but haven't had the chance?
• What are those risky things you've heard about investing but wonder if there's truth to them or just myths?

Geared toward aspiring and newer investors, the REI-curious, or anybody interested in the topic. All are welcome! Set for 4pm-6pm but I'll go however long we need. The session will be virtual (Zoom) and recorded, pop in and out whenever. Not selling anything, don't worry.

My background? Masters in Real Estate Univ of Denver '09; Commercial real estate professional since 2007; investor for the last 7 years, started with 2 years of house-hacking (STR); buying/selling/operating single-family homes, small and medium-sized commercial multi-family; own and operate 44 units. Specialize in LTR, MTR, STR, out-of-state/town investing, house-hacking, under-writing, capital-raising, deal structures, mindset, goal-setting, business-building, and more! I try very hard to speak from my own experience, learning, expertise, and opinion. If I don't know, I'll tell ya and will connect you with someone who does.
