### There are meditations, and then there are journeys. What I offer is the latter.

My path as a Sound Keeper was born not from a curriculum, but from a personal experience of healing and awakening — and that experience became my lodestar. My hope is to guide others through the same kind of profound inner passage. Every session is a living ceremony. Drawing from ancient myths and archetypes, I weave together the resonance of singing bowls, drums, flutes, the whisper of rain sticks, and the sacred power of voice to create a soundscape that exists only once, in only one moment. I speak during our time together — sometimes to guide, sometimes to tell a story older than any of us — always in service of the journey unfolding in the room.
Whether you are a seasoned seeker or have never closed your eyes in stillness before, there is a place for you here. The path wanders. That is the point. Come ready to be surprised by what you find within yourself.
