Join Amy Cratty for a monthly mindfulness-centered discussion and extended guided meditation. Each month, we will explore one of the Nine Attitudes of Mindfulness Practice. These attitudes are foundational qualities that can be cultivated both in daily life and in formal mindfulness practice.
No prior meditation experience is required. Each class will begin with a brief 10-minute talk on the month’s theme, followed by an open discussion. After a short break, we will settle in for a guided meditation designed to cultivate that specific attitude.
