I have been practicing Mindfulness for 38 years and teaching Mindfulness for 30 years. I overcame chronic depression as a young man and have been developing my self-awareness onging since then. I have also been working as a counsellor/psychotherapist for over 20 years. I look forward to mentoring you in your own practice, and helping you have a real experience of the power and heart of mindfulness.
