This will include Sitting, Outdoor Walking, Exercising, and Drinking Tea Chan (Meditation). There may also be some Bowing and Chanting Chan.

Location: Universal Chan Zen Center (445 Colusa Ave, Kensington, CA 94707)
Schedule: Every other Sunday, 8am–11am
