Morning boot camp at Legacy Park!

Join me for an intense workout using the stairs and hills of legacy park! (Meet at the LOWER pond at the bottom of the stairs - see cover photo) 😁 We will do a series of laps around the park and then some strength exercises using the surrounding terrains.
Bring your water and positive attitude and let’s KICK BUTT!!!
A great way to make new healthy friends!!! 🤪
