STEAMBOAT SPRINGS WEEKEND SKI TRIP
Check-in: Thursday, January 29th, 2026
Check-out: Monday, February 2nd, 2026

TRIP INCLUDES:
- 5 days and 4 nights lodging at the luxurious TRAPPEUR'S CROSSING RESORT, with complimentary shuttle service to and from the mountain and town. These condos are located just a short shuttle ride away from the gondola base area. We will be staying in three and four bedroom condos. Parking is very limited at these condos (one reserved spot per condo) so we are including The Party Bus transportation to and from Steamboat in the trip pricing.   • We have three and four bedroom condos booked, these are great luxurious condos complete with full kitchens. The bedding is a mixture of King, Queen, Twin, and Bunk beds. If you sign up for double occupancy you will be sharing your room with a person of your choice. If you don’t have a roommate in mind we can help you find someone. We will have a pre-trip meeting 2 weeks before the trip starts to match up potential roommates. Or, you can book a Single occupancy room for an additional cost. Charter Bus transportation to Steamboat and back is included in the trip price. We leave on the Thursday morning at 8:30 am from Wooly Mammoth park-n-ride.   • Complimentary THURSDAY evening WELCOME PIZZA PARTY / HAPPY HOUR at the lower floor of The Range Restaurant, in Gondola Square from 4:00 PM until 7:30 PM. Hosted by your Trip Leaders. Includes Pizza with Gluten-free options. Drinks are optional at the cash bar. More information to follow soon!
    -New this year! The Sunday February 1st, Dinner and Dance is Included in the trip price at The Yampa River Icehouse. This is always a fun event to finish the trip! We start off with a cocktail and appetizers hour, followed by a nice buffet dinner at the Yampa River Icehouse. We will have the entire bar/restaurant to ourselves. The dinner includes a buffet entrée (Smoked Salmon or Smoked Prime Rib) along with a salad, bread, brownie desert table, soft drinks, ice tea, gratuity and tax all included. A Vegan option is also available. Alcoholic drinks and any appetizers are optional. Wines by the glass starts at $9, beer $5. After dinner DJ Jimbo will be playing great dance music for us until 10:30!

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
UTC will have 7 parking passes available for anyone that wants to drive up, reserve your parking pass on the “Parking Pass event”. Once the parking passes are sold out, you will be required to park off-site, which could be as much as $50 per night.

Optional Group Dinner at Timber and Torch Restaurant
on Friday, January 30th , at 6:00 P.M.

The Timber and Torch Restaurant is also located in Gondola Square, a short 10-15 minute walk from Trappeur’s Lodge. They have requested we arrive in groups of 15 people at 15-minute intervals. The first group leaves Trappeur’s Clubhouse at 5:45 P.M.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:

- Fun and Leisure*.* When it comes to either, Steamboat Springs has it all. Shopping, Restaurants, and Nightlife. No Shortage of things to do, see, and places to experience. Even if you are not a skier or only want to ski one or two days, there is so much to do and see! We usually have about eight to twelve non-skiers on our trip, so why not join us on the trip and explore some of these other great activities?

- Downtown Hot Springs: In town Hot Springs and Spa for about $18. Can take the shuttle from The Lodge or the free town bus to get there and back.
- Strawberry Hot Springs, County Road 36, Steamboat Springs, Colorodo. ([info@strawberryhotspirngs.com](mailto:info@strawberryhotspirngs.com)) is about a 30 minute drive from the condos and blends the beautiful scenery with several thermal pools. Best Hot Springs in the state! Clothing is optional after dark and reservations are required! Telephone number 970-879-0342. There is a shuttle in Steamboat that will take you to the Springs for about $60 round trip. You can drive there, however, you are required to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle with snow tires and or chains (This is a Routt County Law.) Cost of the Hot Springs is $20, cash only, no credit cards.
- Downtown Steamboat: Lots of unique shops, excellent pubs, restaurants, nightlife, and more, just a short shuttle ride into town. Check out the iconic F.M. Light & Sons Western Wear store! Great for an evening or afternoon.
- SnowShoeing on Saturday or Sunday, contact TBA
- Snowmobiling is available at http://www.thurderstruckadventures.com for more information on rentals and cost.

Double occupancy is standard on all trips. UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed. Final room assignments are at the trip leader(s) discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of trip departure. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a person they do not know, or may have to share a bed with a person they do not know of the same sex. If you do not wish to share a room or bed, single rooms may be available at additional cost. There may be instances when a trip participant must pay for single occupancy in order to go on the trip. Please check with the trip leaders for more information.
