What we’re about

Contexts change, processes should too.

The biggest waste in software development is building the wrong thing. But we continue to use processes that focus on the efficiency of building software instead of effectiveness and sustainability.

We don't know what customers will like until they have the product so we need to build processes around short cycles, quick experiments and iterations. That's what UXDX (User Experience + Developer Experience) is all about.

We host speakers who share how they are changing their processes to enable more autonomous, empowered product teams. The goal is for everyone involved in product development from Product Managers, UX Researchers, Designers and Developers to get involved and learn the T-shaped skills necessary for high-performing product teams.

Agenda
5:30-6:10: Registration and networking 🍕🍷🍺 Pizza, wine & beer provided!
6:10 - 6:40: Welcome talk from our ambassador: Berceste (Berjesty) Kozanoglu, Principal Product Designer, Agency Mojo.
6:40 - 7:10: Kristen Treacy, Product Design Manager and Systems Designer, Intuit.
"Human + Machine: The new design partnership"
Technology is evolving faster than ever, which is just as exciting as it is fear-inducing. In this talk, I’ll dive into just how AI is here to amplify, not replace, human creativity in product design. These new tools can help empower us to work smarter, faster, and more strategically, without fully erasing what only humans can do for other humans.
7:10 - 7:40: David Sternberg, Director of Product Design, HelloFresh.
"Beyond Empathy: The Science that’s Redefining UX"
In this presentation, David M. Sternberg introduces the Quantum-Fluidic Interaction Theory (QFIT), his groundbreaking framework that fuses quantum mechanics, fluid dynamics, and cognitive psychology to model and predict user behaviour with scientific precision. By revealing the physics behind human experience, QFIT transforms design from intuition and iteration into a measurable, predictive discipline.
7:40 - 8:00: Interactive Workshop by Agency Mojo and Closing Remarks by Berjesty Kozanoglu
8:00 - 8:30: Networking and close
