See, Discover, Help! The Mystery and Science of Fall Migration
Details
You know how on cold days we joke about heading south to escape the cold? Well, we get that idea from birds because that’s what THEY do! In the fall and winter birds migrate to warmer areas, and for some of them our area is as far “south” as they come! Bring the family and join us for a fun and interactive program that explores the mystery and science of fall migration. How do birds know when and where to go? How do they get there? Which ones join us here for the colder months? How can we be Flight Path Friends to help them be safe as they travel, and while they are here? We'll explore all this and more together in this interactive program.
Each household will receive a Flight Path Friend take-home kit, including a chance to participate in an easy Flight Path Photo Challenge!
