Celebrate the Day of the Dead at Granville Island

The Day of the Dead Market at Granville Island is a free, family-friendly cultural event celebrating the Mexican holiday Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).
It features a marketplace with vendors and food, live music and dance performances, traditional altars (ofrendas) all centered around honoring deceased ancestors and celebrating Mexican heritage.
We will meet for coffee BEFORE the event at the Blue Parrot at 9:30 a.m. until 10:30. For those who do not wish to have coffee, please meet us at the Blue Parrot at 10:30. From there
we will make our way to the festival
TICKETS ARE FREE, BUT YOU MUST register online.
Donations accepted at the event.
If you rsvp and cannot attend please change your RSVP accordingly. It’s not fair to the other members to hang around waiting for you to show up.
If you are running late please don’t DM me use the meetup itself to communicate.
If there are less than 5 participants, we reserve the right to cancel this meet up
