Journaling for the Reluctant
Details
Most people have at some point in their lives been encouraged (or required) to journal. Whether that is by a study group, recovery group, counselor, spiritual leader or mentor - many of us had the same reaction: "Okay - maybe - but I have no idea how to do that!” We will take the mystery out of getting started - and all the ‘what, how, and why’s of journaling.
What you should bring to the event: Bring something to write on and to write with. We will have a few sets of blank journals, pens, and QueueCards (those will be explained in the presentation) available for purchase at the event if needed.
Materials will be $15 - $20. You will be able to pay via Venmo or cash.

- Time: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
- Food and Drink: Guests are free to purchase food and drink from Heathen. *We recommend you arrive a couple minutes early to grab a beverage prior to the event start time.
- Event Fee: Free to attend.
- Post Event Social: You are free to stay after to network and socialize. The room is reserved until 4:00 PM.
