Let's do Ojai!

Let's meet, mingle, enjoy some music (and some of the best views) and enjoy the beauty of Ojai! Come join us for the day or for the part of the day that calls to you.

Here's what I envisioned

9:45 -11:00 ish
Let's meet at the Ojai Valley Inn for coffee or lite snacks, and to listen to Bluegrass Music under the canopy in front of Jimmy's Bar (and Adj to Libbey's).

You can grab something from Libby's Market which is steps away from where we'll be sitting. The Music starts at 10:00 under the big oak.

Note: this is NOT the $85 Brunch

Roughly 11:00-12:45
From there we can walk (or drive) to town along the trail (about 25 minutes along a flat paved path) to Ojai shops and a walk through the Farmers Market.

Roughly 12:45-2:00
After Exploring some Ojai shops we can grab lunch

I've made us a 12:45 reservation at Highly Likely (on their patio outside).

For those who want to stay in town longer there's a great hike up shelf road or super affordable massage, Bart's Books, or psychic readings at Meg's.

Optional -
#1 - I'll be starting my day a little earlier with a cup of homemade chai tea and a gluten free muffin at Farmer & the Cook at 8:30. Then we can leave a car down the hill and walk up or park at the Inn.

#2 - I'll be going to a song circle in Ojai from 3-6 pm. If you haven't done this before its a ton of fun. You don't have to sing well or read music. You'll learn the songs with everyone else that day in a call and response style (like Kirtan, if you know what that is :) There's a sliding scale donation of $15-$25 and you need to RSVP before. I'll put my phone number in the comments. Please text me if you would like to join me for either of these options.

#3 (just an FYI - I won't be attending) The Ojai Playhouse (which is a movie theater) will be showing the lesbian drama Carol. its a sweet little local theater. https://www.ojaiplayhouse.com/event/carol

Note. There is both FREE and Valet parking at the Inn
