New Trail - Stone Creek

We have permission to do some preliminary trail corridor work on a new trail across Mud Creek from Mertensia Park. When done this trail will create a one mile look from the Mertensia parking. We will be working with folks from Fleet Feet and the VA. The trail as flagged is mostly wooded with transitional shrubs, trees, etc.

VHT will provide tools and PPE, however, feel free to bring your own loppers, hand saws, rakes, etc. There will also be some plants that will be flagged for transplant.
