About us
SELF-INQUIRY FOR INNER FREEDOM AND AWARE LIVING
Our meetups aim to provide a supportive space for self-exploration and for questioning conditioned thoughts, beliefs and assumptions about who we take ourselves to be. Such self-inquiry may lead to transformative insight, inner freedom and greater peace and harmony in our daily life.
They usually take the form of dialogues that may or may not be complemented by readings of teachings focusing on self-inquiry and self-awareness.
These meetings are sponsored by the Krishnamurti Educational Centre of Canada (KECC), which holds weekly meetings on Sundays in its Metchosin Centre and on Wednesdays in Victoria at the Esquimalt Gorge Park Pavilion.
