Your inner critic isn’t truth or motivation. It’s a pattern. It shows up as self-doubt, overthinking, perfectionism, and feeling like you’re never doing enough.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to separate yourself from the critical voice, understand what it’s trying to protect you from, and replace it with a more effective (and kinder) way to move forward.

You’ll leave with:

  • A way to recognise your inner critic quickly (and stop treating it like fact)
  • Clarity on the fear underneath the criticism (what it’s trying to avoid)
  • The deeper intention behind it (e.g., safety, success, happiness)
  • One new, compassionate way to dissolve the power of the inner critic

Come prepared with: a recent moment your inner critic showed up (a thought you’ve been having, or a situation that triggered it). You won’t be asked to share anything you don’t want to. This is just to help you get the most out of our time together.
