A Sustainable Approach to Exercise in Midlife: Supporting Bone Density, Energy

## A Sustainable Approach to Exercise in Midlife: Supporting Bone Density, Energy & Long-Term Health
Exercise advice often assumes unlimited time, energy, and recovery. In midlife when work, caregiving, stress, menopause, and changes in bone and muscle health all converge, that model can start to break down.
This interactive workshop offers a thoughtful reframe of what exercise is for in midlife and how to make it sustainable over the long term.
Participants will reflect on what has and hasn’t worked in the past, learn how hormonal changes and aging affect recovery and bone density, and explore exercise strategies that can improve energy, build strength, and protect long-term health.
Rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all program, this session focuses on helping people think more clearly about exercise choices and evaluate what actually fits their current lives.
Participants will leave with practical frameworks they can use to build an approach to exercise that supports strength, capacity, energy, and consistency through changing seasons of life.
No fitness background required.
