Theory is important, but practice is essential.

This hands-on workshop is designed to help organisations practically apply the Australian Government’s AI Impact Assessment framework to identify, assess, and document risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence.

Participants will work through realistic scenarios using the AI Impact Assessment Tool developed by the Australian Government, supporting responsible, ethical, and transparent AI adoption. The session focuses on practical application across common organisational contexts such as HR, marketing, operations, and service delivery.

This is an interactive working session, not a lecture. Participants are expected to actively engage, collaborate, and apply the frameworks to their own use cases. Please bring your laptop and real-world examples or AI use cases from your organisation.
