🌲Snow Lake Hike 🏞️

Join us for a scenic day hike to Snow Lake, one of the most popular and stunning alpine lakes in the Cascades! This trail offers breathtaking views, lush forest paths, and a rewarding lake destination perfect for relaxing, snacking, and soaking in the mountain air. At the top we eat at lunch rock and refresh mind and body with a dip in the cold water.

Distance: 6.6 miles round trip
Elevation Gain: 1,686 feet

This is a beginner friendly moderate hike with some rocky sections and steady elevation gain. Much of the train is exposed. Bring sun protection. 😎

Itinerary:
7:15am Make carpools
7:30am Depart Greenlake P&R
8:15am Coffee to go at Huxdotter in Northbend
9am start hike at Snow Lake Trailhead (Alpental Parking Lot)
4pm return Trailhead
4:30pm Dinner in Northbend
6:30pm return P&R

If you plan on being a rider please bring $25 for your driver towards gas, park entrance fees etc. Also bring a plastic bag to place your boots in after the hike.

Please indicate if you are willing to drive and how many can you fit.

Summer allows you to take full advantage of the stunning and colorful scenery. Bring your cameras for wonderful photos and selfies.

Things to Pack: Bring hiking boots, poles, sunscreen, hat, extra pair of socks, change of shoes, water, lunch/snacks, etc.

After the hike we will stop off at a local restaurant to support small business.
