Moulton Falls

Enjoy a group lead 5K or 10K walk in Moulton Falls Regional Park. The walk is in a wooded area along the Lewis River and passes Moulton Falls and Yacolt Falls (Little Big Tree Creek Falls). Temperature is about 10 degrees cooler than Portland.
Register in the 2nd parking lot on narrow paved entrance road. Look for orange volkswalk sign. Register 9:15 TO 9:25 AM.

Important event information:
(Rated 1B) Walk on gravel trails in shaded forests along the Lewis River and past two waterfalls. Most of the walk will be on the gravel Lucia Falls-Moulton Falls Trail (converted rails to trails) with small section on a nature path (1C) to Big Tree Creek /Yacolt Falls.

Directions to the start table
I-5 NORTHBOUND: Exit #11 (SR502). RIGHT 6.3 miles to Battle Ground. LEFT on SR503 N (NW 10th Ave) to Rock Creek Road (Lucia Falls and Moulton Falls). RIGHT on Rock Creek Rd (5.6 miles), becomes NE Lucia Falls Rd at stop sign. STRAIGHT past Pomeroy Farms and Lucia Falls to 2nd parking lot at Moulton Falls. RIGHT up short hill to parking area. Allow 1 hour from I-5 Portland-Vancouver Bridge to get there.

Register for this event 9:15 am to 9:25 and be ready to walk at 9:30 am. There may be more than one walking group depending on the number of walkers.
