### Where We’re Staying: The Balter House at Polymath Park

This 4-bedroom architectural gem features warm wood, sleek lines, and forest views. It's part of Polymath Park, a collection of historic Wright-designed and Wright-inspired homes tucked into the Laurel Highlands.

✨ Bonus: The Balter House is the only home on the property with central air conditioning—so we’ll be cool and comfy even in August!
Each guest will have their own private bedroom:

• 2 Queen Rooms
• 2 Twin Rooms (I’ve claimed one of the twins!)

### 📍 What’s Polymath Park?

Polymath Park is a hidden architectural retreat that includes two relocated Frank Lloyd Wright homes—Mäntylä and the Duncan House—as well as designs by his apprentices. We’ll tour these as part of the experience. The property also features TreeTops Restaurant, where our group will enjoy a private pod dinner—yes, you dine inside a pod in the forest!

### 📆 Weekend Highlights

Friday, August 15

• 5:00 PM: Check-in at the Balter House
• Dinner at a nearby local restaurant (not included)
• Relax at the house—porch, wine, good conversation

Saturday, August 16

• Early breakfast at the house
• 7:45 AM: Depart for Fallingwater
• 8:45–10:45 AM: In-Depth Guided Tour of Fallingwater
• Lunch at the café (not included) and time to explore the grounds
• 3:30 PM: Guided Tour of Mäntylä & Duncan House at Polymath Park followed by a Private Pod Dinner at TreeTops Restaurant – a magical multi-course forest dining experience
• Relaxing evening at the house

Sunday, August 17

• Breakfast and packing
• 10:00 AM: Check-out
• Visit to Cucumber Falls at Ohiopyle State Park before heading home

### 🎟️ How to Enter the Lottery:

This lottery is open to alumni of past weekend getaways & epic adventures only - meaning you must have completed travel as of 5/21/25 with the group in order to participate.

To enter - RSVP to this meetup!

1. Answer the question - what was your most recent Epic Adventure or Weekend Getaway?
2. Answer the question - If chosen, you understand that you may get a solo room with a twin bed - rooms will be assigned on order of the drawings. Please put which is your first preference and your second preference for bed size - remember there is a $50 cost difference. Please do not say either, you must prioritize your first and second choice.

If less than 3 people RSVP by Wednesday, May 21st at 7:00 PM, no drawing will be held and those individuals will be automatically RSVPd for the trip.

🎉 Winners will be notified Wednesday evening via text message and will have 24 hours to confirm and submit payment.

⚠️ Note: This trip is non-refundable unless I can secure a replacement. Please only enter if you're fully available and ready to go!
