Starting Wednesday, November 12th A 6-week series of sessions to bring calm to your mind and body.
Each class includes sound healing in candle light and another relaxing element — such as gentle yin yoga, meditation, painting, breath work, or slow flow yoga. No experience needed — just come as you are, breathe, and unwind.
