and foreigners living in Sapporo who want to make new local friends.
Enjoy real conversations in a friendly outdoor setting while sharing great food and drinks.

🍖 BBQ Menu: Meat, vegetables, and seafood, including drinks
(Plenty of chicken and Genghis Khan (Jingisukan) lamb will be provided. Beef and pork may not be available.)

🍙Pre-BBQ Activity:
Onigiri (Rice Ball) Making Experience – Free!
Before the BBQ starts, join us in making one of Japan’s most beloved cultural foods: onigiri (rice balls)!
We’ll be using fresh rice delivered directly from local farmers in Bibai, Hokkaido.

You’ll get to shape your own onigiri, which you can enjoy later during the BBQ.

It’s a fun and easy way to break the ice and connect with others — even if you don’t speak the same language.

Let’s get hands-on and start communicating through action!

🍚 Rice: Locally grown rice from Bibai, Hokkaido

🍙事前イベント：おにぎり作り（無料）
BBQ前に、日本文化の代表「おにぎり」を一緒に作ってみませんか？

北海道・美唄の農家から直送されたお米を使って、自分だけのおにぎりをにぎります。
当日食べるBBQと一緒に、自分の手で握ったおにぎりを楽しめます。

おにぎりを通して、日本の食文化にふれながら、参加者同士の交流も自然と生まれます。
語学に自信がなくても大丈夫！
まずは「手を動かして話す」ことから始めましょう。
