FREEBIE FRIDAY The delights of Epping Forest

A most wonderful 7 mile circular walk through the wild yet beautiful Epping Forest incorporating delightful High Beech.

Using your oyster card you can either take the 10.31am train from Liverpool Street that arrives at Chingford train station at 10.58am or you may drive to Chingford and park very near the station.

The walk shall start at 11.15am.

Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes/boots/trainers and sunhat,suncream and sunglasses.

You should be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour.
