What we’re about
Welcome to Well-being & Community for Black & Brown Women in London đź’ś
This group is a safe, intimate space for Black & Brown women — leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and those delivering care work. No matter your field or stage of life, you are welcome here if you’re seeking restoration, connection, and community. We gather to restore balance, reconnect with our bodies, and build meaningful connections.
Our events weave together movement, storytelling, creative expression, and reflective conversation — always in a culturally safe space where we can speak truthfully, authentically, and bring our whole selves. Whether you’re looking to release burnout, explore new ways of healing, or simply meet like-minded women, you’ll find warmth and community here.
Women who join us often work across education, health, tech, consultancy, arts, and DEI — and describe leaving feeling lighter, more grounded, and as though they’ve made lifelong friends in just a few hours.
This is a brand-new Meetup group, so numbers here don’t yet reflect the full picture. We’re also welcoming women through other platforms, and spaces do fill up.
The group is curated by Vision Liberate, a woman-led social enterprise dedicated to empowering women and communities through trauma-informed, creative, and holistic practices. We believe well-being is collective, and that when we come together we create powerful shifts — for ourselves and for generations to come.
Most of us join solo, so you’ll never feel out of place — and every gathering is intentionally small to allow for depth and connection. If this resonates, we’d love to welcome you 🌸
