Social Ride TE WHITI RISER to WAINUIOMATA MTB PARK & Return 19th July 9-20

We meet at 9-20 for a 9-30am start

Up Te Whiti Riser, Freewheel for those that want to do it, Down Labrinth or Snails. A loop or 2 of the lower Wainui trails then up Mohaka to Konini and back down Te Whiti Riser

As a group we always cycle as fast as the slowest rider and some of the tracks we are on are shared with dogs, walkers and other cyclists.

Please RSVP if you are planning to join us.

You will need: A well-maintained bike with MTB tyres.

• Helmet.
• Bike gloves.
• Spare tube, tube repair kit, pump and basic bike tools.
• Lights if a night ride or tunnels.
• First aid kit.
• Water /snacks.
• an Emergency Contact Card
