This 2-hour Aroma Yoga session is dedicated to the Crown Chakra — the energy centre of spiritual connection, clarity, and higher guidance.

Through grounding yet spacious yoga, calming breathwork, reflective journaling and elevating essential oils, we’ll explore what it means to surrender control, release mental clutter, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

You’ll be guided into a space of quiet presence, where answers don’t come from effort, but from allowing.
