Hello Mission Fit Women,
It’s time to begin.
While the weather isn’t quite cooperating for trail time just yet, that won’t stop us from getting started. Our very first Mission Fit gathering will be held indoors at the Sharonville library meeting room — a comfortable place to meet, connect, and lay the foundation for what’s ahead.
This will be our official kickoff.

This is a relaxed, welcoming meet-and-greet where we will:
- Introduce ourselves
- Share what inspired us to join
- Talk about personal goals for health and strength
- Discuss upcoming plans for hiking, camping, biking, and outdoor adventures
- Shape the direction of Mission Fit together
Think of this as planting the seeds. Spring (and trail season) will come soon enough.
### 🌄 What Mission Fit Will Include
As the weather warms, we’ll move outdoors with:
- Local hiking days (varied levels)
- Overnight car camping trips
- Bike trail rides
- Nature photography walks
- Fireside storytelling evenings
- Seasonal wellness challenges
- Occasional creative gatherings (journaling, reflection, vision planning)
This group is about momentum — physical, mental, and creative.
### 👋 A Little About Me
I’m Valda. I believe maintaining our health and vitality is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves — especially in this season of life. I love hiking, camping, fishing, photography, and long conversations under big trees. Mission Fit has been on my heart for a long time — a place for women of a certain age to encourage one another and finish strong.
This isn’t about competition.
It’s about momentum..
