Chipperfield, Sarratt, Flaunden Circular Walk

Second time out for Don’s new walk. It’s another great amalgamation, so hope you enjoy it.

We will leave @ 10:30 prompt from outside The Windmill pub. The Common, Chipperfield, Kings Langley WD4 9BU. Easy parking. Please be ready to leave 10 minutes beforehand 🚙

From Chipperfield Common we pass Apostles Pond, with it’s significant 12 Lime trees 🌲 to Commonwood, passing the Cart and Horses pub🐴 through lanes and little enclosed tracks to Sarratt. After passing the Cricketers pub 🏏 we pick up the Chiltern Way and onto three Farms 🐖🐑🐄 to the outskirts of Flaunden. A lane leads us through Lower Plantation and Woodman's Wood all the way back to Chipperfield. (6 miles - 2.5-3 hrs)
For those that want to, we will visit the very homely Windmill pub after🍺☕️
