Summer womens circle gathering

Join me and Shanti for an afternoon of connection and intention setting with like-minded women

We will guide you in meditation, very gentle yoga to drop down from yoyr mind and kand in your body, journalling and intention setting, we will use our voices in a sound practice to unblock what is holding us back from being our most authentic selves and call in more ease, energy and JOY for the summer months

We will finish with a spicy tea, sweet treat, chats and an angel card pull
