Welcome to the AI User Group! 2024 personally was the year that I dove deep into AI, and I need to be deeply thankful to some key people that opened the door and allowed me in. That experience of wanting in and not finding a path led me to want to create this group. Therefore, at its heart, this group is a safe place to ask questions and hopefully get intelligent answers. To give us space to explore how to get into AI, be it for your business or as a developer. My hope and intention is that we will come and share use cases and applications of AI in our various contexts.
Since this time, I have been active in applying AI across numerous industries in the business space. Personally, I've also been a huge advocate of using AI to increase personal productivity and efficiency. Born and raised in the west coast of Canada, I've always had a deep interest in automation and integrations, and AI immediately struck me as the ultimate automation tool. My life is defined by the quote, "Give a lazy person a hard problem, and they'll find the most efficient solution." And that accumulates into this group.
