About us
This group is for adults living in Orewa, Silverdale, Millwater, Milldale, the Hibiscus Coast, Whangaparaoa and surrounding areas or who have ties to this region. It is a social group of mixed ages (mainly 40s +), of people who like getting out and about in our neck of the woods. Singles and couples all welcome. We aim to offer a mixture of events including walks, brunches, dinners and expeditions to local attractions. We are a welcoming group so come along and join us.
Any plus 1’s to rsvp’s should be over 18 years old unless the event specifically notes it as ‘family friendly’ and suitable for children.
We also welcome suggestions for future events.
Please note: If you have RSVP'd "Yes" to an event but your plans change and you are unable to attend, please remember to update your RSVP or let the host know. This helps us offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Repeated No-Shows (three or more) will result in your membership being reviewed, with the possibility of you being removed as a member of the group. This ensures a fair process for those who are keen to attend the group's events.
Thanks for playing a part in keeping this group inviting and running smoothly.
