The venue is "OM Sky Terrace" which is a newly opened stylish rooftop bar near JR Kyoto Sta.
They have indoor bar floor so you don’t need to care about the weather.
You can also order authentic tacos and burritos from the Mexican restaurant on the first floor.
All you can drink for 3 hours!
