Our Amazing Insects

An amazing community of insects, of hundreds of different kinds, live all around us, especially in our parks and gardens. Author Penny Frith-Metal will be with us to tell us about her quest to find out just how many were living alongside her in Peckham.
The resulting book shows in stunning photographs many of the 555 different kinds she found!
And many of them can be found in our own surroundings here, so join us at the Village Hall to experience this illustrated adventure amongst our bugs, beetle, butterflies and mini-beasts.
