Breaking the Chains Within is a heart-centered healing workshop designed to help you release what no longer serves you, identify patterns holding you back, and reconnect with your personal strength.
This class includes:
• Guided meditation

• Energetic clearing practices
• Practical metaphysical tools for everyday use
No experience is needed — just come as you are.

This workshop is part of a 6-month healing journey created to help you reset your energy, release emotional burdens, and find peace and balance.
