Winemaker Tasting Series - Harney Lane Vineyards at the WineShoppe

UPDATE: Kirsten Lerner from the multigenerational family run winery, Harney Lane Vineyards will be pouring their amazing award-winning wines including their 2024 Albarino Henry Ranch, 2022 Chardonnay Henry Ranch, 2021 Tempranillo Henry Ranch, 2021 Zinfandel Henry Ranch, Cabernet Sauvignon-Lot 24, and closing with their 2022 Petite Sirah Henry Ranch. Please note: You must arrive before 4:30 PM to enjoy the wine tasting. It would be great to see a number of you including our recently new members.

This afternoon, we'll join South Bay's Passion for Wine at the WineShoppe in Torrance as Kirsten Lerner from the multigenerational family run winery, Harney Lane Vineyards will be pouring a great selection of wines. The WineShoppe in Torrance is a boutique shop specializing in unique and hard to find wines from around the world. During the summer months every Saturday afternoon, the WineShoppe hosts the Winemaker Series hosting a different winery every week.

The Mettler family from Harney Lane Vineyards are fifth-generation farmers whose vineyards are 100% estate-grown wines produced from sustainably farmed vineyards and meticulously made with no unnecessary additives and an unwavering commitment to quality. The result is a classic collection of naturally smooth, fruit-driven wines, perfect for enjoying in everyday life. Their award-winning varietals include their Rose, Albarino, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Old Vine Zinfandel, Tempranillo, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Primitivo & Red Blends.

There will be 6 varietals poured this afternoon. The posting will be updated once the wines to be poured is finalized. There will be no food provided, so you are able to bring snacks to the tasting.

Last year, I purchased 3 exquisite bottles of wines from the selection poured. You will not be disappointed at this wine tasting.

I am a wine club member, so please let the WineShoppe know that you are with the group for the wine club member fee of $15 each for the wine tasting (reg. $20).

Be sure to check out the selection of wines at the WineShoppe to purchase a bottle or two for your upcoming summer activities, including the 6 for $66 ($11/bottle - some great choices of wines there as well).

There is plenty of free parking. The wine tasting ends at 5 PM. There are many restaurants nearby to continue your evening. Look forward to seeing you there.
