What we’re about
Winning at Relationships is a community for people who want to create stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling connections in their lives.
Whether you’re single, dating, or in a long-term relationship, relationships are at the center of who we are. And yet—most of us were never taught the skills it takes to really make them work.
This group is led by Yonah Fenton, LMFT, a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Woodbridge, CT. My work draws on attachment science and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help people break free from negative cycles, improve communication, and build the intimacy they long for.
Through monthly workshops and discussions, you’ll learn:
- Why we repeat the same painful patterns in relationships.
- How to shift from conflict to connection.
- Practical tools for improving intimacy, communication, and trust.
Who this group is for:
- Men and women who want to grow as partners.
- Couples looking for fresh insights to break old cycles.
- Individuals who want to understand themselves (and their relationships) better.
This is not a therapy or support group—it’s an educational and growth-oriented space. You’ll leave each session with practical insights you can apply immediately to your life and relationships.
Join us if you’re ready to stop repeating old patterns and start winning at relationships.
