Fear

Details

Join us for an evening of stimulating discussion on fear. Fear is a powerful and universal emotion that affects every human being. It can serve as a natural survival mechanism, warning us of danger and helping us respond to threats. However, fear can also be irrational, limiting our actions, shaping our decisions, and holding us back from growth or connection. From fears rooted in childhood to anxieties shaped by modern society, understanding the nature, sources, and effects of fear can help us navigate our lives with greater awareness and resilience. Whether it’s fear of failure, rejection, the unknown, or physical harm, exploring fear can reveal much about ourselves and the world we live in.
