Hello, beautiful humans!
I hold these events every 2 weeks at the healing collective where I do my 1:1 work.

This event is held in a beautiful space in La Mesa and this gathering happens to be falling on the full moon!

What is included in this event:
- Automatic writing practice (to connect to the wisdom within your body/subconscious)
- Somatic journey (to connect with the sensations, images, emotions, and languages of your body; to connect with the earth and immerse in a guided journey that will help you regulate your nervous system + connect to a wider web of support)
- Group reiki (once I guide us into the somatic journey, we land in a deep inner space which is where we receive the group reiki.)

These events are so special and so many of my clients rave about them and how nourishing they are, especially nestled in the middle of the work week.
