    • Three new North African–inspired global broths
    • A vibrant North African Salad Bar
    • A sweet, aromatic dessert
    • A beautifully designed menu for each guest, including bowl‑building and plating suggestions to make your creations sing

    This dinner is part of our Make‑It‑Souper series — your chance to help shape the future of our global broth lineup.

    You’ll help test three bold, aromatic broths inspired by legendary spice blends and slow‑simmered traditions:

    ### 🇲🇦 Moroccan Chermoula Citrus Broth

    Bright, herbaceous, layered with garlic, lemon, paprika, and warm spices.

    ### 🇹🇳 Tunisian Harissa Ember Broth

    Deep, smoky, slow‑building heat with roasted peppers, cumin, and coriander.

    ### 🇩🇿 Algerian Ras El Hanout Golden Broth

    Fragrant, complex, and comforting with saffron, ginger, cinnamon, and floral spices.

    ## 💛 Why the Ticket Cost Was Lowered

    I lowered the ticket cost to expand and grow our community of support, making these dinners accessible to more neighbors while opening the door for those with generous hearts to contribute in ways that feel meaningful.
    Beginning with this event, I’ll also be adding tips and gratuity envelopes at every dinner. These contributions go directly into the Soup Angels Weekly Distribution Fund, helping me:

    • Prepare and distribute weekly soups
    • Sustain myself after retiring for health reasons
    • Cover the resources needed to host these dinners
    • Expand outreach when possible — or scale back when resources run thin

    The requests for healthy, nourishing meals continue to grow, especially among neighbors who are low‑income or cannot pay. Everyone deserves access to nutritious food, and that belief is what sets Soup Angels apart.

    This evening is about connection, flavor exploration, and celebrating the soulful culinary traditions of North Africa. I can’t wait to share this journey with you.
