This group is for those in support of women blazing a trail in IT Infrastructure!
Why I started this group and why you should join:
In 2019 I was given the opportunity to speak at the Colorado Technology Association's annual Women in Tech Conference about my journey in IT Infrastructure. I met incredible women from all walks of life who understand what it's like to be the only female on a technical team. I created this group because while women in our field are rare, you are not alone! Whether you've just started working in this tech, have been doing it for years, or simply want to network with other women in the industry, this group is for you!
We meet every other month around Denver to build a strong network of Women in Technical Infrastructure so you have peers to reach out to when a complicated project hits your desk, to gain insight into career paths in infrastructure, and to connect and find mentors. Our events range from happy hours, to guest speakers, and professional workshops. When possible, we always try to add a remote option.
This is an inclusive group and anyone who supports women in tech is welcome!

WITI's 6th Annual Toy Drive for Children's Hospital Colorado
Barquentine Brewing Company, 5505 W 20th Ave Suite 178, Edgewater, CO, USPlease mark your calendars for December 17th when WITI hosts our 5th annual Toy Drive for the Children's Hospital Colorado and holiday happy hour. Join us from 4:30-6:30pm MT at Barquentine Brewery located in Edgewater Marketplace. This is a casual and FREE event with no agenda other than building connections with fabulous ladies in technology and rallying around a local cause. Male champions are always welcome to join our events!

Helpful tips from Children's Hospital Colorado:
• Due to infection control guidelines, we can only accept items that are brand new and manufactured
• Items need to be in their original packaging
• We cannot accept toy guns or toys that depict violence (Nerf guns, figurines with guns/swords, military toys, etc.)
• We cannot accept the following items: food products, potted plants, latex balloons
• Infants/toddlers and adolescents are the age groups in greatest need
• We are not able to accept any infant swings or bouncers23 attendees
