Somatic Breathwork For Attachment Healing

Join us for a deep, embodied exploration of the role of attachment in healing our relationships with ourselves and our beloveds. This in-person event will be held at Sanctuary for Heart Magic, and is "literally life-changing" (according to past participants.) This is breathwork like you've never experienced it: a vehicle for healing attachment wounds and fostering a more heart-forward connection with yourself and those you cherish.

This practice has been crafted and fine-tuned by Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Attachment Specialist, Morgan Wade -- designed to help release bound emotional energy in the body, understand the deeper nature of self-love, and create the intimacy you crave with yourself and in your intimate relationships. Through a powerful guided practice, you'll learn to make peace with past hurts and create space for healthy, secure, deely loving relationships.

Come experience not just a totally different framework for somatic breathwork, but a community of warm, welcoming, grounded souls. Note: This event is at Sanctuary for Heart Magic, at 4564 Arapahoe Ave. Parking is on the street, and free. To enter the building, find the wooden Sanctuary for Heart Magic sign at the side of the house (office), turn right, and enter through the back door (pink with gold handle). Please plan to arrive ~10 min early to find a spot and get cozy. This event is cross-posted and typically sells out.

Bring a yoga mat, eye covering and a journal. Blankets will be provided if you don't have your own.
