Come along and start your Sunday with a 2-hour Meditation workshop. The meditation morning will become a monthly event where we will commence with the beautiful ringing of chimes whilst sitting on mats or a chair, however you feel most comfortable. I will then lead you through some nourishing breathworks techniques before beginning our relaxation and mindfulness practices.

Once we are all relaxed the guided meditation will begin which will take you on a journey within, connecting with your soul, consisting of self-love and letting go of stressors and things that do not serve you.

After the meditation is completed we will discuss how we nurture and nourish our spirits and we will then end this workshop with some powerful questions and a holistic well-being activity.

A light morning tea will be served at the end.

This workshop is facilitated by an accredited Meditation Teacher.

I hope to see a lovely group of Ladies attend. It will be held at my residence, my place of Holistic Counselling. My address will be given out privately to all ladies who register to attend.
